From scattered records to a research shortlist

A starting point with the evidence attached.

01 · Explore

Filter advertised amounts and locations. An advertised amount is a starting figure, not the total cost to acquire a property.

02 · Connect

Connect county parcels to DNR flood flags and published zoning districts. Review coverage gaps and bundled parcels before comparing costs.

What this data can—and cannot—tell you

This is an advertisement snapshot. Parcels may be paid, withdrawn or changed; current availability has not been checked. A tax-sale certificate does not immediately give you ownership or possession. Additional amounts, noticing duties and redemption rules matter.

Locations come from exact county parcel-number matches. Map dots are parcel bounding-box centers; the selected outline is county GIS geometry. Postal cities are mailing locations, not verified municipal boundaries. Missing or ambiguous joins remain visible.

Background map services and data available from U.S. Geological Survey, National Geospatial Program. The USGS background helps locate roads, places and terrain; it does not establish legal access, surveyed boundaries or present site conditions. Background tiles load from USGS for the visible map area. Turn off “USGS map” to use parcel evidence without those requests. At close parcel zooms, the background is enlarged from its published map scale; the county parcel outline remains separate.

County outlines use Census 2024 generalized geography. The preview does not establish market value, building condition, title, liens, occupancy, access, buyer eligibility, flood-insurance requirements or development permission. DNR flood and county zoning polygons are screened against whole parcel outlines. Boundary contact is distinct from an area overlap. Invalid source shapes are checked through the official query service; their overlap outline is not invented.
